Where is my order?
Put in the reference from your receipt and the email you used. It works for every order on this site, with or without an account.
References look like LB-20261008-AB12CD for the shop, LBD-20261008-123 for a data bundle, or SHOP-20261008-AB12CD if you bought from a reseller's shop.
What each status means
These are the words our own system uses. Nothing here is a guess about where your order is.

Pending payment
The order exists and we are waiting for the money to be confirmed by the provider. A payment you started but did not approve sits here. Nothing has been sent out yet.

Processing
The payment is confirmed and the order is on its way out: a bundle handed to the network, a code released from stock, an item packed. Most orders pass through this in under a minute.

Sent to vendor
A data bundle only. It is with the network's supplier now. If the main supplier refuses or goes quiet, the order moves to the next one on its own.

Delivered
It is with you. Data is on the number you gave, a code is in your email and in your orders, an item is out for delivery or ready for pickup.

Failed or cancelled
Nobody could fill it, or it was stopped before it went out. You are refunded in full to your wallet, which you can spend here or withdraw. You are never left paying for something that did not arrive.
If it is taking too long
It says Processing or Sent to vendor
Give it fifteen minutes. Networks slow down at busy hours. After that, message us with the reference and we will chase the supplier ourselves.
It still says Pending payment
The money has not reached us yet. If it left your phone, open the order and upload the screenshot, and we will match it by hand. A payment we cannot match is held, never quietly kept.
You cannot find the reference
It is in the receipt we emailed you, and at the top of the page you saw after paying. If you have an account, every order you have ever placed is in your dashboard.
It says Delivered but nothing came
Check the number or email on the order first, since one wrong digit sends it elsewhere. Then tell us straight away. We can see exactly what the supplier replied.
