2. Buying Without an Account

You can order as a guest. We ask for a name, an email address and a phone number, because an order cannot be delivered or found again without them. Keep the order number and the email you used: together they are what opens the order's page, and a guest has nothing else to sign in with.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. Orders & Delivery

Digital services (data bundles, subscriptions, gaming top-ups) are typically delivered within minutes of confirmed payment. Physical products follow the delivery estimate shown on the product page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Wallet & Payments

Wallet balances may be used toward eligible purchases. Deposits are subject to verification before funds are available. Withdrawal requests, where enabled, are reviewed before approval.

6. Prohibited Use

Attempting to defraud, exploit, or circumvent platform security.
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Reselling services in violation of a provider's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Legend's Best is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
