1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Some browsers also let a site keep data in local storage, which works differently but is listed here too, because from your side it amounts to the same thing: the site remembering something about you between visits.

2. Cookies We Set

These are all of them. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies on this site.

lb_customer_session keeps you signed in to your customer account. It lasts 30 days, or one day if you leave "Remember me" unticked.
lb_admin_session keeps a member of staff signed in to the admin console. It expires after one hour without activity.
lb_api_session keeps a business customer signed in to the developer portal.
googtrans records the language you picked from the language button. It is only set if you change the language, and it is read by Google Translate.

The three session cookies are strictly necessary: without them there is no way to stay signed in, so there is nothing to switch off and nothing to consent to. Signing out clears them.

3. Data Kept in Your Browser

These stay on your device. They are never sent to us and we cannot read them.

lb_cart, lb_wishlist and lb_coupon hold what you have added and any code you entered, so they survive a refresh.
lb_currency and lb_currency_list remember the currency you chose and the rates used to show it.
lb_checkout_choice remembers whether you chose to check out as a guest or sign in.
lb_chat_fab_pos remembers where you dragged the chat button.
lb_admin_nav_open remembers which admin menu sections you had open.
lb_presence_id is a random id that lets the admin console see how many people are on the site right now. It is not tied to your account, your name or your email.

4. Other Companies This Site Contacts

Loading a page can involve a request to another company, and that company will see your IP address. This is the full list.

Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces used across the site. This happens on every page.
Google Translate is only loaded once you have chosen a language other than English. It sets its own cookies. If you never touch the language button it is never contacted.
Google Sign-In is only loaded on the sign-in and sign-up pages, and only when signing in with Google has been switched on.
YouTube and Vimeo appear only where a video has been added to a product or category. YouTube is embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and Vimeo with tracking turned off, so neither sets a tracking cookie unless you press play.
Cloudflare hosts a spreadsheet library used by one admin export tool. It is never loaded for customers.

5. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Deleting the session cookies signs you out. Clearing local storage empties your cart and wishlist.
